Sonny China plays as Takuma Tsurugi in this movie. Takuma Tsurugi is hired on a mission to destroy a group of evildoers that has recently risen up. The leaders of the mob are using a fake charity to disguise their criminal activities from the cops. Tsurugi’s mission is to uncover their criminal activities and stop it once and for all. Tsurugi will have to use his martial art skill to fight with the villains.
