When Woodster Carneal lost his job and house, he also lost his wife. He had no choice and becomes involve in a business that harvest human organs on demand. Carneal steals the human organs from doctor’s office and clubs until he encounter a change in his life. Now Carneal had to work for two detectives (Leah Coffman and Cheryl Duncan) and be ahead of everyone including the organ brokers. Carneal’s employer had stolen his database when he realize that the AB-Negative blood is required by the recipients. The story is recount in a flash back style with Carneal telling his experience to his psychiatrist named Victoria Gashe who also has AB-negative blood.
